Car buy-back

Want to sell your car directly to a dealer? We give you a valuation and a purchase offer, based on the car's details and condition.

What is buy-back?

Buy-back means selling your car directly to Drivepoint. We value the car, make you an offer and, if you accept it, handle the paperwork needed to complete the sale.

How does it work?

  1. Send the request

    Fill in your car's details.

  2. We value the car

We review the information and decide whether we can make an offer.

  3. You get the offer

We tell you the price and the purchase terms.

  4. We complete the sale

We prepare the paperwork and pay on the agreed terms.

How do we set the offer?

The valuation takes into account the car's details, its condition and current market prices.

Frequently asked questions

Does a buy-back valuation cost anything?

No, the valuation is free and does not commit you to anything. You get the offer and decide whether to accept it.

How quickly do I get an offer?

We come back once we have reviewed the car's details and history. Sending the VIN and a few clear photos from the start makes the valuation quicker.

When and how am I paid?

We pay by bank transfer, after the sale documents are signed, on the agreed terms.

Can I sell a car that still has a lease or loan?

Tell us at the start. We review the financing before the offer and tell you which steps are needed; the exact route depends on the lender.

Can I sell a car registered to a company?

Yes. In that case we also need the company's documents, the administrator's ID and the sales invoice issued by the company.
