Can I send a car that is still on lease for a valuation?
Yes, you can send it for a valuation. Tell us from the start that the car has a lease or loan in progress. We look at the financing before making an offer and tell you which steps are needed; the exact option depends on the finance provider.
Do you accept damaged cars or cars with technical problems?
We look at them case by case, without promising an offer up front. Describe the damage or the problems in the form and add photos of them, so the valuation is as accurate as possible.
Do I have to bring the car to you for the valuation?
Not for the first valuation: we make it from the details and photos you send through the form. Before the final offer the car has to be seen and checked; we agree together where and when.
